Built in 1947 as a Royal Garden it is used today as a public park to have a picknick and relax. Still u got to Pay an obolus (5.000 Rp per Person and 50.000 Rp extra if you forgot to hide ur camera, Dec 2012).
There are several ponds filled with water flowers, Koi's and many other fishes. The Garden is well cultivated despite several earthquakes and you can even take a swim, where the former king has been taking a bath.
