Little review:
Safety: feels safe
Service: friendly and helpful. Even the KLM Service Team that co-works with Southern China Team on Board..!
Pilot capabilities: stable and smooth.
Meals: minimalistic but agreeable.
Air condition: dry but better than i thought. Extremely cold now and then.
Toilet Status: not stinky, stewardesses regularly clean em
Comfort: seats and interior looking old and little torn below the fabrics, but okay. Found some Rice on my seat xD nice..
Blankets available, little cosmetic bag incl. tooth brush for each passenger.
Entertainment: Standard. Enough tv distraction available. Hollywood and Asian library.
Punctuality and Management: on time and well organized.
General: My Flight is a combination of KLM and Southern China Airways. The communication could be better. If not being a persistant passenger, one could easily be sent from "Pontius to Pilatus" by Airways Teams and controle point officials. Result: KLM in Hamburg says "you dont have to pick up ur luggage during the itinary, it goes straight to ur final destination". And in China they say "you did Not pick up your luggage on Transit to Check in again". Mh.... ! At least i got a reason to go shopping now.
