Traditional Sichuan Hotpot

HOTPOT is a traditional Sichuan cuisine. In the middle of the table is a cooking pot, below a gas stove. From the Menü you can choose all kinds of dishes: fish, meat, vegetables, to the western tongue exotic dishes etc.

After the bioling soup is ready you can put ur dishes into the hotpot. One by One. Some kinda fondue. The traditional hotpot is spicy/hot, because the Sichuan people here like it that way.

Sichuan pepper is very common here.
